Put AI inside the systems
you already run on.
We connect AI to Microsoft 365, your CRM and ERP, your legacy systems, and your everyday workflows — so it works with your real data, inside your existing permissions, without leaking what should stay private.
Quick answer: RRG Networks connects AI to the systems businesses already use, wherever they operate. Services include Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout and readiness, custom AI chatbots and agents, AI-powered workflow automation, and unifying legacy systems — old databases, on-prem accounting and ERP, industry software, and file shares — into one platform through custom connectors, portals, and data migration built with AI. Projects are delivered remotely for clients in any country. Every integration respects existing permissions and is piloted before full rollout. Call (844) 919-8534 or book a discovery call to scope your project.
— What We Integrate
Put AI to work in the tools you have.
Start with one, add the rest as you see results. Every integration is built secure, private, and compliant.
Microsoft 365 & Copilot
Copilot is only as safe as the files it can read. We fix that first.
- Copilot readiness: SharePoint and OneDrive oversharing cleanup
- Sensitivity labels and DLP so Copilot only surfaces what each user should see
- Pilot rollout with usage tracking, then license rightsizing
- Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel configured for your workflows
Custom AI Chatbots & Agents
An assistant that knows your business — your policies, your products, your procedures.
- Internal assistants that answer staff questions from your own documents
- Website chatbots that answer customer questions and capture leads
- Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI agents grounded in your data
- Guardrails, human handoff, and audit logging on every conversation
Workflow Automation
The repetitive work that eats your week — handled automatically.
- Invoice capture, document routing, and approval chains
- Lead routing, client onboarding emails, and follow-up reminders
- AI that reads, classifies, and summarizes incoming email and documents
- Power Automate, Logic Apps, Copilot Studio, or n8n — picked per use case
— Legacy Systems
Unify your legacy systems.
Custom-built with AI.
Most businesses run on a patchwork of old software that doesn't talk to anything. We turn it into one platform your team can actually use — without a years-long software project.
Keep what still works
Systems that still do their job stay put. We link them with custom connectors so your team works from one place instead of five.
Retire what holds you back
Systems that are slow, unsupported, or a security risk get retired. Their data moves into one modern platform — cleaned, mapped, and checked.
Most projects are a mix. We decide system by system during discovery — and tell you plainly when a connection isn't worth the cost.
The systems we untangle
Old Databases
Microsoft Access, FileMaker, older SQL Server, and spreadsheets doing a database’s job.
On-Prem Accounting & ERP
QuickBooks Desktop, Sage, and older inventory and ERP systems.
Industry Software
Practice management, EHR, maintenance tracking, and legal case management.
File Shares & Paper
Network drives, scanned PDFs, and paper forms nobody can search.
What we build
Custom Connectors & APIs
We give old systems a way to talk — through their database, file exports, or whatever interface they have.
One Web Portal
A single, modern screen that replaces the handful of old ones your staff jump between today.
AI Assistant Over Your Data
Ask questions in plain English across every connected system and get one answer — inside your permissions.
Automated Workflows
Data moves between systems on its own, with AI reading, classifying, and routing it — no retyping.
— Why Now
AI makes custom affordable.
Built faster
Our engineers use AI-assisted development to build connectors and portals in a fraction of the time a traditional software shop needs.
Data mapped and cleaned
AI reads old tables and exports, matches fields to the new system, and flags duplicates and bad formats for review.
Old systems documented
AI helps reverse-engineer undocumented apps, so what your business knows isn’t lost when the person who built them is gone.
Every integration respects your existing permissions, is reviewed by our engineers, and is piloted with real users before full rollout.
— Platforms We Integrate
Built on the platforms you already trust.
Vendor-neutral. We pick the platform that fits your systems and data — not the one a vendor pays us to push.

— How It Works
Secure first. Pilot second. Then scale.
Discovery
We map the systems you use, where data lives, and which tasks eat the most time. You get a short list of integrations ranked by impact.
Security Review
Before anything connects, we check permissions, oversharing, and data sensitivity — so AI never exposes what it should not.
Build & Pilot
We build the integration and roll it out to a small group first. Real users, real work, measured results.
Rollout & Support
Once the pilot proves out, we expand to the rest of the team, train users, and monitor and maintain the integration going forward.
— Common Questions
Integration questions, answered.
What is an AI integration?
An AI integration connects an AI tool — like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or a custom assistant — to the systems your business already runs on, such as Microsoft 365, your CRM, or your accounting software. Instead of copying and pasting between tools, AI works directly with your data, inside your existing permissions.
Will AI be able to see confidential files?
Only if the user asking could already see them. Every integration we build respects your existing access controls. Before rolling out Copilot or any AI tool, we audit oversharing and apply sensitivity labels so confidential files stay restricted.
Do we need Microsoft 365 for AI integrations?
No. Microsoft 365 is common among our clients, so Copilot and Power Automate are often the fastest path. We also integrate with Google Workspace, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Azure OpenAI, and third-party business apps.
Can you connect AI to our older software?
Usually, yes. Most legacy apps — Access databases, QuickBooks Desktop, older ERP and industry software — can be reached through their database, file exports, or an existing interface, and we build custom connectors where none exist. We assess each system during discovery and tell you honestly if a connection is not worth the effort.
Should we connect our old systems or replace them?
It depends on the system. If it still does its job, connecting it is usually faster and cheaper. If it is unsupported, slow, or a security risk, migrating its data into a modern platform is the better long-term move. Most projects are a mix, and we recommend a path for each system during discovery.
How does AI make custom integration more affordable?
Our engineers use AI-assisted development to build connectors and portals faster, AI to map and clean legacy data before it moves, and AI to document old systems nobody fully understands anymore. Engineers review everything AI produces, so you get custom work without a traditional custom-software timeline.
How long does an AI integration take?
It depends on scope. A single workflow automation can be live in a few weeks; a custom agent connected to several systems takes longer. We scope every project during discovery and pilot with a small group before a full rollout.
How much does an AI integration cost?
Every integration is scoped to your systems and goals. Book a discovery call and we will put together a quote after we understand what you need.
— The Process
What happens when you book?
No sales pressure and no long wait. Here is exactly what to expect.
Book a Discovery Call- Step 1
We confirm and follow up
The same business day, we confirm your call and send a few short questions about your team and goals.
- Step 2
30-minute discovery call
We learn how your team works, which tools you use, and what you want AI to change. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
- Step 3
Written proposal
Within three business days of the call, you get a scoped proposal and quote. No commitment required to see it.
— Ready When You Are
Stop copying and pasting between AI and your systems.
A 30-minute discovery call. We'll look at the systems you run on and point out the integrations worth building first.
