Which AI platform fits your business?
A plain-English, side-by-side look at the four business AI platforms most companies are choosing between: where each one works, what it does well, and what to watch out for.
Quick answer: Microsoft 365 Copilot fits companies that run on Microsoft 365, because it works inside Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Google Gemini fits companies on Google Workspace. ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude work across mixed tools through connectors; Claude is especially strong with long documents, analysis, and building dashboards. RRG Networks helps businesses compare these platforms, test them on real tasks, and roll out and train teams on the one that fits. Call (844) 919-8534 or book a discovery call.

— Where to Start
Which one fits you?
A starting point, not a final answer. Most companies decide after a short test with real work.
If your company runs on Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Copilot
It works inside the apps your team already opens all day and respects your existing permissions.
If your company runs on Google Workspace
Google Gemini
It is built into Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, so there is no new app to adopt.
If your tools are mixed, or you want one flexible assistant
ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude
Both work across tools through connectors and handle a wide range of tasks.
If your work is long documents, analysis, or internal tools
Claude
Strong with large files and good at turning data into charts, dashboards, and small tools.

— Common Questions
Choosing an AI platform, answered.
Which AI platform is best for a small or mid-sized business?
It depends mostly on where your team already works. Companies on Microsoft 365 usually get the most from Copilot, and companies on Google Workspace from Gemini. If your tools are mixed, ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude often fit better. A short pilot with real tasks is the most reliable way to decide.
Can we use more than one AI platform?
Yes, and many companies do. For example, Copilot inside Microsoft 365 plus Claude or ChatGPT for analysis. The key is a clear policy on which data can go into which tool, so nothing sensitive ends up in the wrong place.
Is our company data used to train these AI models?
On the business and enterprise plans of all four platforms, the vendors state that your company data is not used to train their models by default. Free and personal plans can work differently, which is one reason to give your team a company-approved tool. Always confirm the terms in your own agreement.
Do we need to choose a platform before booking a workshop?
No. If you have not picked one yet, we help you compare options during the discovery call, and can set up a pilot before the workshop.
