Quick answer: RRG Networks runs hands-on AI workshops for businesses worldwide, delivered at your office, at a coworking space or hotel meeting room, or live online in your time zone. There are three tracks: Executive AI Strategy for leadership, AI for Your Team's Data & Workflows for staff, where people learn to analyze company data, build dashboards, and collaborate in shared AI workspaces, and AI Deployment & Governance for IT teams. Each workshop is tailored to your industry and the AI tools you use, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise. Call (844) 919-8534 or book a discovery call to plan a session.

— Who Teaches
Taught by engineers,
not presenters.
They deploy AI for a living
Your instructors are the same engineers who roll out Copilot, build AI workflows, and lock down AI tools for our clients every week.
They know the security side
As a managed IT and cybersecurity provider, we teach productivity and safety together — not as an afterthought.
They answer the hard questions
Licensing, data privacy, "can it see my files?" — real answers from people who configure it, not talking points.
— Responsible AI
AI training is part of your compliance program.
Every workshop covers safe, responsible AI use — not just productivity tricks. And the AI Training Platform records who completed which course and how they scored, so you have documented proof of training when an auditor or insurer asks.
Serve customers in the EU? The EU AI Act requires organizations that use AI to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy.
See Managed ComplianceWhat every attendee learns
- What AI is, how it works, and where it gets things wrong
- Bias, fairness, and when a human must make the decision
- Data privacy and security: what never goes into an AI tool

Hour 4 Intermediate workflows & safe use Hands-on Checkpoint quiz + challenge · 10 min + Safe-use block
Put it together on your own files and data, then learn the rules that keep it safe.
- Analyze a spreadsheet and build a dashboard
- Reusable prompt templates for your team
- Connect the AI to your files and apps
- Turn a good chat into a repeatable workflow
Safe & responsible AI
30 min- What never goes into AI: client data, health or financial records, passwords
- Shadow AI: unapproved tools and personal accounts
- AI-powered scams: phishing, fake voices, and deepfakes
- Bias, fairness, and when a human must decide
- Copyright, and being open when AI did the work
- Your AI use policy in plain English, and how to report a problem
Every attendee completes this block and its quiz, and you get a record of who was trained and how they scored. That helps with audits, cyber insurance, and the EU AI Act's AI-literacy rule. Why this matters
Each person builds a working agent for a real task and shares it with their team.
Hour 5 Design your agent Build
Pick a task you repeat every week and plan the agent around it.
- Choose a task worth automating
- Map the inputs, steps, and outputs
- Write the agent's instructions and rules
- Decide what it must never do
Hour 6 Build it on your platform Build
Create the agent in the tool your company uses: a Copilot agent, custom GPT, Claude Project, or Gemini Gem.
- Set up the agent and its instructions
- Add the files and knowledge it needs
- Connect apps where your platform allows
- Add starter prompts for your teammates
Hour 7 Test and harden Build
Make it reliable enough to use every day.
- Run it on real work and messy inputs
- Fix wrong or vague answers
- Security check: give it only the access it needs
- Never put passwords or keys in its instructions
- Spot prompt injection: hidden instructions in files or emails
- Peer review: a teammate tries to break it
Hour 8 Ship it to your team Ship
Publish it and put it to work.
- Publish and share with the right people
- Demo it to the room
- Agree who owns it and how it gets updated
- Track whether it saves time
Sample agenda. We schedule around your hours and time zone, and tailor the examples to your industry and track. Before the day, we confirm with your IT admin that agents can be shared on your platform.
— How Engagements Work

— Common Questions
Workshop questions, answered.
Who should attend an AI workshop?
It depends on the track. The Executive track is for owners and leadership making decisions about AI investment and risk. The Productivity track is for anyone who writes, reads, or analyzes information at work. The Deployment & Governance track is for IT staff who will roll out and secure AI tools. Many clients run the executive session first, then the staff session.
Do our employees need any technical background?
No. The Executive and Productivity tracks assume no technical knowledge. We start from the basics and focus on practical, everyday use. Only the IT track assumes familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
Can you tailor the workshop to our industry?
Yes. Every workshop starts with a discovery call so examples match your work — whether that is healthcare documentation, legal research, construction bids, or financial reporting. We also cover the compliance considerations that apply to your industry.
Which AI tools do you cover?
Whatever your team uses or is evaluating: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, and others. We are vendor-neutral — we teach good habits that carry across platforms, then go deep on the tools you have. Where possible we train on your own deployment, with your data policies already in place.
Does AI training count toward our compliance program?
It can. Responsible AI use, data privacy, and your AI acceptable-use policy are part of every workshop, and the AI Training Platform keeps a record of who completed which course and how they scored. That gives you documented evidence of training for audits. If you serve customers in the EU, the EU AI Act also requires organizations that use AI to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy.
Can you run workshops for teams outside the United States?
Yes. Live virtual workshops run anywhere and are scheduled around your time zone, including teams spread across several countries. We also run in-person sessions at your office or at a coworking space or hotel near your team; travel is scoped in your proposal.
What happens after the workshop?
Attendees continue learning on the RRG AI Training Platform with self-paced courses and graded checks, and virtual sessions are recorded for anyone who missed them. About 30 days later we hold a check-in call to see what is sticking. After that we can finalize your AI policy, help turn workshop ideas into a Copilot rollout or automation, and run refresher sessions as AI tools change.
How long is a workshop, and how many people can attend?
A workshop is a full 8-hour day for up to 25 people per session, on-site or live online. The first four hours take your team from AI fundamentals to an intermediate level, with a short quiz after each hour. In the second four hours, each person builds their own AI agent for a real task and shares it with their team to use in daily work. Larger teams are split into several sessions.
How much does a workshop cost?
Pricing depends on the track, group size, and whether it is in person or online. Book a discovery call and we will put together a quote for your team.
— The Process
What happens when you book?
