Agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Most IT infrastructure projects benefit from a phase-gated waterfall approach with clear milestones. Custom application work and iterative rollouts often run in agile sprints. We adapt to what your project actually needs, not what is fashionable.

Will you work with our existing IT team or vendors?

Yes. Many of our project engagements involve coordinating with internal IT, software vendors, ISPs, and third-party consultants. Our project managers act as the central accountability point so handoffs do not fall through the cracks.

How do you handle scope changes?

Change-control procedures are documented in the Statement of Work. Any change to scope, timeline, or budget goes through a written change request that you approve before work proceeds. No surprise invoices, no quiet scope creep.

What is a typical project timeline?

Smaller scopes (network refresh, M365 migration for under 50 users) usually run 4–8 weeks. Mid-size projects (office relocation, ERP rollout, cloud migration) typically run 3–6 months. Major transformations and multi-site programs can run 6–18 months. We provide a phased plan with milestones during scoping.

Do you provide post-deployment support?

Yes. Every project includes a closeout phase with documentation, knowledge transfer, and a post-project review. For ongoing operations after the project, you can transition into our Managed IT Services subscription or hand off to your existing IT team or MSP.

Can we move into Managed IT Services after the project?

Absolutely. Many of our project clients transition into a Managed IT Services agreement so they keep the same team, runbooks, and institutional knowledge that delivered the project. The handoff is clean because the people who built it are the people running it.

Do you support businesses outside Miami?

Yes. We deliver projects on-site throughout South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Collier (Naples), Lee (Fort Myers), and Monroe (the Florida Keys) counties. We also lead remote and hybrid project engagements across the U.S., including New York and Atlanta.
